Responsibilities

  • Taking an active part in the definition of the Digital Assets strategy including: identifying relevant platforms and integration within Global Markets, pushing new opportunities and innovative ideas based on an understanding of the products, Global Markets & Clients’ needs, and regulations.
  • Coordinating the scoping (e.g. workshops, business requirements), governance, prioritisation and delivery of new features and products for the digital assets platform in close coordination with key stakeholders: Primary (ie DCM, Syndicate), Secondary (ie Sales, Trading), Tech team, Others Group Metiers Digital Leads.
  • Collecting feedback from end-users from Global Markets and supporting functions to improve the product and ensure a best-in-class digital experience.
  • Maintaining a written documentation of the platform and relevant information.
  • Continuously identifies, proposes, and implements innovative or alternative ideas ahead of others to improve topics or solve issues or problems that are multidisciplinary or cross-organisational, to improve the customer journey or the organisation, to develop new businesses or thought models.
  • Contribute to the definition of the communication strategy around digital assets inside and outside of the Bank to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Influences and supports members of the team by leading in decision making and approach where problems are more complex and require sophisticated analysis or experience.
