Responsibilities

  • As a System EPS, you will be responsible for development builds, both locally and globally, which includes planning, procuring, organizing, and overseeing the distribution of material and prototypes, in partnership with numerous teams.
  • You will maintain system delivery schedules and ensure teams receive materials and prototypes on time.
  • You will also communicate material demand and delivery schedules to module teams to help them plan accordingly.
  • In this role, you will actively manage the program budget, tracking expenses for each prototype build, submit purchase requisitions, maintain invoice tracking, and provide payment authorization.
  • You and your project team will handle hardware prototype allocation planning and management, track prototype units with vendors, secure shipping partners, and internal product security teams, and partner with teams to ensure the secure destruction of excess materials and prototypes.
