Apple’s Services team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and entrepreneurial leader with a passion for media and entertainment to help grow its Services businesses. Description You will be supporting the Apple Services team’s global growth efforts with a focus on developing and growing distribution and partnership opportunities internationally, negotiation of deal frameworks and terms, as well as helping to prioritise the platform solutions needed to support this area of the business. The role requires a highly motivated, high-energy, proactive, and experienced team player with great attention to detail who is able to work with a multitude of internal and external teams to meet strategic business objectives. The successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to develop and manage partnerships with third parties to distribute and market Apple’s media and entertainment services. This role reports to the Global Head of Business Development. Lastly, you must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment. Responsibilities 
 <ul>
 <li>Lead our international BD team, negotiating with distribution partners to ensure that Apple services are made available to large volumes of customers and marketed in accordance with Apple’s high standards.</li>
 <li>Help to build business models and programs that help partners to achieve their business goals.</li>
 <li>Work with international country business management teams to negotiate terms with rights holders that enable the partnerships.</li>
 <li>Assist in the project management of the integration of the partner into Apple’s service platforms.</li>
 <li>Lead team with responsibility of managing the ongoing commercial relationships with partners including reporting, analysis and contract renegotiations.</li>
 <li>Utilise critical performance metrics to analyse, develop and implement growth programs, insights and opportunities.</li>Partner closely with cross-functional leaders and teams in California.
 </ul> Minimum Qualifications 
 <ul>
 <li>Circa 20+ years of relevant industry work experience in managing or building partnerships for media or entertainment services with Carriers, MVPDs, Financial Services, and other third-party media entertainment companies.</li>
 <li>Direct experience managing a large and experienced team of business development professionals.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of the global MVPD (Multichannel Video Programming Distributor) VAS (Value added Services), and OTT (Over The Top) landscape.</li>
 <li>Strong international business network at Senior Executive level.</li>
 <li>Proven track record of successful negotiation with both third parties and cross-functionally within a large business structure.</li>
 <li>Ability to create and drive business vision, in order to lead broad cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.</li>
 </ul> Preferred Qualifications 
 <ul>
 <li>Passion, energy, and drive to develop and grow multi-million-dollar business programs globally.</li>
 <li>Exceptional business development, negotiation and partnership management track record.</li>
 <li>Strong command of business and financial modelling.</li>
 <li>Adept at effectively communicating to a wide range of leaders and constituents across functions, organisational levels and cultures; including regular senior executive communications.</li>
 <li>Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.</li>
 <li>Fluent English, additional languages preferred.</li>
 <li>Deep experience working globally across GEOs and teams.</li>
 <li>BA/BS degree in Business or related, MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not essential.</li>This role involves significant travel.
