Requirements

  • Several years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
  • Proven experience delivering Enterprise Business Transformation through Application delivery.
  • Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles as well as the usage of SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills (in English and German language) at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
  • Professional Training & Certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • - Serve & guide all SAP customer segments on their SAP transformation journey, especially those initiating a RISE with SAP transition.
  • - Comprehend existing Enterprise Architecture and guide towards a North Star target architecture state.
  • - Align strategy and required business capabilities with SAP’s solutions and adhere to a Clean Core backed by SAP's Business Technology Platform.
  • - Utilize reliable and proven Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks.
  • - Help SAP’s customers achieve their strategic goals by enhancing their business transformation with a perspective on Enterprise Architecture and SAP’s North Star target architecture.
  • - Facilitate innovation and the adoption of new business models and technologies, thus increasing the acceptance and usage of SAP’s solution portfolio.
  • - Define for EA’s the role, methods, tools, content & enablement/community for the global Enterprise Architecture Advisory practice.
  • - Provide guidance & governance to external customers as well as for internal audiences.
  • - Provide industry reference architectures and define the future way of working as Enterprise Architects.
  • - Drive digitization & automation of EA services or EA activities.
  • - Support the development of EA topics as a subject matter expert.
  • - Maintain a balance between activities dedicated directly to customers and tasks dedicated to support & serve colleagues in the team and regional teams.
