Responsibilities

  • Working with the Global Gaming team and the UK Marketing team to build and implement our long-term 360-degree gaming marketing strategy in the UK, meeting key strategic priorities, developing new ideas and targets annually, and presenting annual project plans to lead internal stakeholders. Define Key Performance Indicators for projects and activities aligned with our UK marketing strategy to ensure we deliver a successful return on the investment we make in this area.
  • Own project management of activities with players and events, from team kick-offs, ideation, and development, through planning and delivery, to final execution and assessment. Own and support pillars of the gaming and esports event and athlete programs, delivering our key branded events, third-party events, general gaming opportunities, grassroots projects. Manage our branded and supported players, and increase the visibility of product consumption, ensuring they already know, love, and consume Red Bull and are the right ambassadors for our brand.
  • Support the Red Bull Gaming Sphere as a training, broadcasting, content, commercial, and events space.
  • Build a locally relevant network of gamers, influencers, co-creators, third-party organisations, and collectives within the world of Gaming, ensuring that we partner with the right people to drive Red Bull support and attribution within the UK. Support the esports and gaming strategy of Red Bull UK, ensuring that we give wings to a wide array of community esports activations in our venue and increase our product availability and consumption within the gaming scene. Ensure that we continue to support and maintain relationships with key third-party gaming events across the UK, with a particular focus on mainstream gaming opportunities and large events.
  • Grow a network within gaming with venues and organisations that we can work with to widen our product distribution. Lead a national product seeding program, ensuring that gaming athletes and influencers within multiple gaming scenes understand the benefits of our product, consume Red Bull cans in key moments of need, and act as brand/product ambassadors.
  • Working with the Red Bull Media Network to ensure we grow reach, brand preference, and product consideration by delivering innovative, attributable content ideas within gaming that achieve strong viewership and engagement across owned and earned channels. Ideating and advancing content formats and ideas for existing projects, such as Red Bull Home Ground and Red Bull Kumite, in addition to ideating and activating content for contracted Red Bull players within our UK portfolio.
