Responsibilities

  • Setting Up: Preparing exam rooms before the session, including laying out papers, stationery, and ensuring seating plans comply with regulations.
  • Supervision: Actively supervising students during the exams to maintain a quiet, orderly environment and ensure strict adherence to examination rules.
  • Documentation: Checking student identity, accurately completing attendance registers, and managing the secure handling of exam papers before, during, and after the session.
  • Compliance: Responding to student queries raised according to examination board guidelines and promptly escalating any issues or concerns to the Examinations Officer.
  • Closing Down: Collecting all papers and materials at the end of the exam and securely preparing them for dispatch.
