Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, Performance & Rewards the and leadership team as their trusted Executive Business Partner (EBP), working in close collaboration with the Executive Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating resources.
  • Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), meetings, leadership forums, and other celebrations and milestones.
  • Build operational efficiency by streamlining existing processes and defining new strategies, and consistently demonstrate a flexible, solution-oriented approach when adapting to last-minute changes.
  • Mentor and assist with onboarding new team members (i.e., other Executive/Administrative Business Partners, executives, or cross-functional team members). Collaborate with the ABP team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled meetings, events, or projects.
