  • The CDIO will lead the execution of our digital strategy, including deployment of a unified Trust EPR & PAS system, and provide strategic leadership to digital, data and health records teams.
  • The role will drive a Trust‑wide digital‑first culture, ensure alignment with organisational priorities, strengthen key internal and external partnerships, and support UHDB’s ambition to be recognised nationally as a digital exemplar.
  • You will be an effective role model, exhibiting and promoting collaborative leadership behaviours that uphold our values of Compassion, Openness and Excellence, providing strategic vision, challenge and support to all colleagues in the Trust.
