Responsibilities

  • To provide a full confidential secretarial service to consultants and locality teams within Older Adult Mental Health (OAMH). Carry out duties as defined by the Memory Assessment Service Booking Centre Manager.
  • You must display a considerable degree of initiative and judgement and maintain a friendly disposition when dealing with professionals and service users as well as relatives and visitors to site.
  • You will be an experienced administrator with copy typing, audio typing, and word and excel skills with the ability to produce letters and work to the highest standards. Medical Terminology would be advantageous, although onsite training will be available.
  • The post holder will have the ability to work well within a team environment and be able to manage and prioritise own workload.
