Responsibilities

  • Daily and monthly financial reporting within corporate guidelines and policies including accrual journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Team lead for intercompany accounting, focused on identifying and reconciling intercompany balances with global partners.
  • Point person for GL coding process for global freight spend.
  • Create monthly financial reporting packages for review with Leadership.
  • Organize Capex projects and accurately track progress and spend.
  • Help identify and implement process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager for both internal and external audits. Maintain emphasis on controls and compliance in adherence with company policies.
  • Special projects and other duties as required.
