Requirements

  • Expérience réussie en tant que Chef de réception, ou Assistant chef de réception
  • Management d'une équipe de 10 personnes
  • Langues : Français et Anglais obligatoire, une 3ème langue est un plus

Responsibilities

  • Co-pilote de la responsable hébergement, vous contribuez à la dynamique de développement du service et la performance du résultat (CA, RPS, ALL, etc..).
  • Vous incarnez l’état d’esprit de l’hôtel et êtes impliqué dans sa commercialisation et son environnement.
  • Garantir une expérience mémorable aux clients en prenant soin de leur séjour, des équipes et du produit
  • Garantir la bonne gestion et rentabilité du service hébergement conformément à la stratégie commerciale et aux procédures de sécurisation CA / comptabilité
  • Animer, piloter la qualité et les mener les projets hôtel
  • Manager l’équipe et être le relais entre la société de sous-traitance et nos services
