  • Offer exceptional fitting room service, creating complete looks and demonstrating the impact of wearing versus styling
  • Stay updated, and share expert level of product knowledge and styling tips covering everything from ways to wear, overall fit, fabric, and care instructions
  • Exceed all corporate and personal goals and contribute to the store’s overall success with passion and integrity
  • Grow a personal client list by consistently acquiring new customers while also inspiring and retaining existing loyal customer base
  • Communicate regularly with personal client lists through phone, email, and social media regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, special offers, etc.
  • Be supportive in satisfying all customer requests and collaborate with management team as necessary to ensure a seamless experience
  • Work as a team to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Provide support to the Store Operations team upon request, based on needs
