  • TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Strong illustration skills – traditional and digital
  • Confidence in live scribing / graphic recording (physically on whiteboard walls and/or digitally on a tablet)
  • Experience with 2D animation and basic editing knowledge
  • Experienced in using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of ASE collaborative workshops. To enable this, you will learn and deliver through a variety of roles that are required to run a successful event. All of these activities are equally important whether delivering in person or digitally through our remote offer:
  • Designing and setting a collaborative workspace to maximise productivity (digitally or physically)
  • Selecting and staging the most impactful audio stimulus to create the right energy and environment for an event
  • Ensuring the right content is showcased in a way which caters for a variety of learning styles
  • Drafting assignments by developing key questions that will drive the work done by participants
  • Creating work products that co-ordinate workshop outputs
  • Delivering creative projects within our ASE Visualisation Service, a capability that supports clients by bringing their most complex ideas and challenges to life through a range of visually compelling products. As a Illustator / Animator, your role will focus on:
  • Live Scribing: also known as graphic facilitation / recording - capturing the key messages, themes and experience of a conversation or engagement in real-time using a mixture of imagery, words and design to enable a group to engage with the content in new ways (this could be physically on whiteboard walls or digitally via a tablet)
  • Illustration: working with clients to design and create digital visual products that tell a compelling story and bring ideas to life
  • Animation: you will play a key part in helping us to grow our existing animation capability to support our clients share their stories across their organisations
