What is the role of a Health Care Support Worker in the Nutrition & Dietetic Service?
The Health Care Support Worker will assist the Contracts & Prescribing Team and the wider Adult Community Team, providing administrative support for the management of oral nutritional supplements and dietetic-led prescription models, while also helping with patient contact and arranging deliveries.
What qualities are required for the position?
Candidates should possess outstanding communication skills, experience in telephone patient contact, solid organizational abilities, good knowledge of office management, and strong administration and computer skills.
What are the working hours for this position?
The working hours are 36 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

Yes, knowledge of prescribing and pharmacy processes is highly preferred for this position.
