Responsibilities

  • Health Visitors contributes to the development of new projects and policies within the health visiting service and is involved in the research, implementation and evaluation of evidence based practice.
  • The post holder will be responsible for providing universal, enhanced, and intensive Health Visiting services to children and families from all cultural diversities on their case load.
  • Health Visitors work as a team across locally defined areas and support the service across Gwent, to provide a safe service for all preschool children and their families.
