What type of psychological interventions will I be providing in this role?
You will provide high intensity psychological interventions for individuals with complex or chronic needs, following NICE guidelines.
Will I be required to work independently?
Yes, you will work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team of CBT therapists and other professionals.
What kind of training opportunities are available for this position?
We offer a robust Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program and encourage access to further training to help you develop both personally and within the service.
Is there support for supervision in this role?
Yes, you will receive supervision for your own work and also provide clinical supervision for staff delivering High Intensity Therapy at Step 3.
What is the patient demographic I will be working with?
You will support service users from diverse backgrounds, including those with long-term conditions and older adults experiencing common mental health difficulties.
