Responsibilities

  • As an HR Specialist, this role is responsible for providing operational support to the broader HR Business Partner team across all verticals of our core HR functions, including however not limited to; cyclical rhythm of the business (day-to-day tasks), people process, and general inquiries.
  • Assist HRBP with various HR-related issues such as:
  • TA Support (Internal Offers, Position Support)
  • Involuntary/Voluntary Separations
  • Engagement, Rewards & Recognition
  • Performance Evaluations and Goal Setting
  • Responding to employee questions as they arise
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and completeness (Workday experience required)
  • Other projects and ad hoc reporting as requested
