Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools
  • Ensure Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration
  • Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow through all other support documentation for hiring purposes.
  • Update internal databases with new hire/employees information.
  • Gather payroll data and working days.
  • Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on the labor law.
  • Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance.
  • Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
  • Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex
