  • At least 1.5 to 2 years previous immigration experience is required including ability to independently manage the end to end skilled worker visa application process, handling Certificate of Sponsorship allocations, managing visa renewals whilst ensuring continual compliance with the Home Office requirements as a sponsor.
  • A law degree is not required but a desire to develop your career within a corporate environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • - Assist with fulfilling AlphaSights' obligations as a sponsor
  • - Serve as an immigration resource to our Global Mobility efforts, foreign nationals, recruiters, and managers
  • - Address immigration-related issues and questions to internal and external stakeholders
  • - Serve as point of contact for prospective and current employees (for extensions, relocations, changes in immigration category etc.)
  • - Handle issue escalation and resolution
  • - Collect and structure data to support, and own decisions that drive, project effectiveness, efficiency and innovation
  • - Support with the day-to-day running of the UK Home Office SMS
  • - Educate stakeholders on immigration requirements and updates to UK Home Office guidelines
  • - Keep up to date with changes to the immigration process, and proactively flag any future issues
