  • Support homes with infection surveillance and monitor surveillance programs to detect trends and gaps.
  • Support Homes with outbreak preparedness, including early identification.
  • Coordinate and lead the roll-out of vaccination campaign activities and support homes with resident and employee immunization programs.
  • Educate staff on the principles and practices of IPAC and act as a resource regarding infection prevention and control.
