Responsibilities

  • This postholder will work with the NHSGGC Innovation team to plan, manage and deliver agreed open collaboration projects across the West of Scotland and with our partner Innovation Hubs in NoS and EoS.
  • The PM role will include scoping and delivery pf a diverse range of data-driven and medical device projects within timescales and budget, ensuring collaborative working across a broad range of stakeholders to support the delivery of the open collaboration objectives.
  • To be responsible for facilitating the development and commercialisation of innovations emerging from the open collaboration process, through effective project management, commercial due diligence, contract negotiation and identification of translational funding opportunities.
  • To form part of the West of Scotland Innovation team and provide cross-cover as required to support key national innovation projects conducted in the West region.
