  • Working on securitisation structures, risk transfer transactions, warehousing, secured lending transactions, including project bonds, high yield and leveraged finance
  • Providing support to the Head of Capital Markets Legal on non-transactional matters and legal projects
  • Carrying out Volcker reviews and managing regulatory projects
