What is the main mission of the LRRS team?
The main mission of the LRRS team is to lead the LRR stream of the OFS migrations, design and build systems and solutions for LRR Finance processes, rationalize existing systems, support and administer LRR systems, manage incidents, ensure communication with users and stakeholders, contribute to training and change management, and continuously improve service.
What are the key responsibilities of the LRRS Business Analyst?
The key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Local Regulatory Reporting solutions, participating in the analysis of LRR, defining solutions according to architecture principles, defining specifications based on business requirements, prioritizing specifications in the agile backlog, describing testing strategies, building user manuals, and preparing supporting documentation.
What educational background is required for this role?
A Masters degree in Accounting or Finance, or an Engineer diploma with Finance and/or Accounting certificates is required.
How many years of experience are preferred for the LRRS Business Analyst position?
3-6 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector, including areas such as Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Business/financial analysis.
Is knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards necessary?
Yes, knowledge and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards is required.
What technical skills are needed for this position?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, usage of Jira or other agile ticketing tools, and familiarity with tools such as Business Object, COGNOS, SQL, and dedicated local vendor solutions are needed.
