Responsibilities

  • To provide a full and comprehensive PA role to multiple consultants, clinical staff and members of the multi-disciplinary team within the Specialist Services Care Group.
  • You will be a well organised and experienced administrator with knowledge of medical terminology. You will ensure all consultants and clinicians within your area of responsibility are organised and equipped to fulfil their responsibilities. Appropriate electronic and paper filing systems will be maintained, along with coordinating their clinical activities.
  • To carry out all relevant tasks pertinent to the Specialist role of the Consultant Psychiatrists.
  • This role will be responsible for the effective coordination of the referral system.
