Responsibilities

  • To drive the Mobile Dental Unit to various locations within Gwent and set up the Mobile surgery in preparation for the arrival of the Dental Team/collect dental team as per the dental work program.
  • To assist the Dental Team in the delivery of appropriate healthcare for the patients of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board who attend the Mobile Dental Unit.
  • This will include assisting with children and adults who have special care dental needs at schools’ centres, hospitals, and patient’s homes.
  • To assist/cover (if necessary) in the organisation of any mechanical repairs and breakdowns of Dental equipment, servicing, and MOTs on both Mobile Dental Units in compliance with the protocols.
