Responsibilities

  • The NMGH New Hospital Programme Officer will support the NM Programme Office Manager with the overall development, implementation and management of a comprehensive PMO function to ensure the New Hospital Project and its sub-projects are managed effectively.
  • It is expected that the work of the Programme Office may work across the wider NMGH Programme and not just the New Hospital Project.
  • The NMGH New Hospital Programme Officer will assume specific responsibilities for supporting the effective management and control of the project which may include leading the day-to-day development and implementation of specialist programme and project controls working closely and effectively with Workstream Leads and other stakeholders.
  • The responsibilities will include providing and receiving highly complex and highly sensitive or highly contentious information which must be managed effectively may include but not be limited to the following duties:
  • Project Planning;
