Responsibilities

  • The NMGH New Hospital Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and PMO Lead in the delivery of various projects and initiatives across the New Hospital Project.
  • The NMGH New Hospital Project Manager will provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager in the development and delivery of clinical, TOM, digital and technical design solutions, working with clinical/non-clinical teams to develop and implement new ways of working and supporting communication and engagement activities.
  • The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of projects relating to the TOM, business change, digital, equipment or design and construction.
  • The role shall be responsible for providing a dedicated communications and engagement interface between the project and clinical/non-clinical teams in the development, planning and co-ordination of inputs to the delivery of the New Hospital Project, providing support to and leading: communication and engagement activities; supporting clinical/non-clinical teams with the development and delivery of their service transformation plans; providing support to business change management activities; supporting design review processes; supporting the delivery of technical and business change projects; supporting hospital operationalisation processes; and providing a link between clinical services and the technical design.
  • The role will provide general project management support across a range of workstreams and working groups.
  • It is expected that the role shall be allocated a set of clinical and/or non-clinical services in which to manage and support throughout the delivery process.
