  • Strong experience of playing Principal Business Analyst roles for global clients helping with delivery of Data & Analytics / BI / Reporting / Visualization / Data Science / GenAI / Analytics engagements & programs
  • Overall 15+ years of industry / IT experience with 5+ years of strong domain exposure to Manufacturing / Auto / Consumer Products & Retail / Banking & Capital Markets sectors working with global clients to deliver strategic programs in Digital / Data & Analytics areas
  • Acts as a lead BA to drive workshops and interviews with key business users to define business architecture & functional requirements / KPIs / Metrics. Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements
  • Acts as a functional SME to guide Architects, Data Modelers, Dev & Test teams throughout the SDLC and also during Functional Testing, System Integration Testing(SIT) and User Acceptance Testing(UAT) to ensure features, functions and project deliverables have been developed as per specifications
  • Analyses and verifies requirements and test scenarios / test cases for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards specific to the Technology stack being used for delivering the requirements
  • Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, semantic data models and charts to provide direction to developers / testers and/or the project team
  • Assists with the articulation of customer requirements into feasible business architecture options driven by the Data & Analytics tech stack used for delivering the requirements and communicates them back to the business stakeholders
  • Manages and tracks the status of program level requirements throughout the SDLC, enforces change management and redefines as necessary
  • Acts as a domain SME responsible for developing POVs on industry / technology trends to articulate business use cases, outcomes, impact and value proposition
  • Able to lead a team of BAs. exercise independent judgment and take decisions and action
