Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre)
  • Identify, complete and request missing information
  • Analyze and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
  • Issue outgoing invoices
  • Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan
  • Define the capacity planning of the team
  • Follow-up the team’s planning and workload plan
  • Manage and assist the team members on their day-to-day activity
  • Contribute to the resolution of blocking points
  • Monitor the Risks
  • Ensure good communication with Business Lines and Finance teams
