Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre)
  • Identify, complete and request missing information
  • Analyze and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
  • Issue outgoing invoices
  • Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan
  • Define the capacity planning of the team
  • Follow-up the team’s planning and workload plan
  • Manage and assist the team members on their day-to-day activity
  • Contribute to the resolution of blocking points
  • Monitor the Risks
  • Ensure good communication with Business Lines and Finance teams
  • Perform the relevant reporting to the Management (KPIs and Dashboards, key messages, improvement axis, among others)
  • Lead continuous improvement activities such as monitor the team’s performance (outgoing invoices, treatment length, data quality, stock and flow within the workflow, among others) and implement processes to ensure the efficiency of the team’s daily activities
