  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building services, platforms, data pipelines and the systems needed to support them. Familiarity with building scalable and robust services and platforms.
  • A track record of working closely across engineering disciplines to co-ordinate development and deployment of engineering systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in the entire software product development cycle.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of services and platform.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills--proven in creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

Responsibilities

  • Build platform capabilities that M365 first-party apps can leverage to deliver people-centric experiences.
  • Collaborate with partner teams within M365 and across the company to build rich experiences.
  • Solve complex technical problems and create significant business impact within the M365 organization and beyond.
  • Understand and build the right platform and services that power intelligent People experiences.
  • Work with customers to understand their scenarios and business drivers.
  • Develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities, and drive project execution.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver results in cross-group projects.
  • Work independently in ambiguous situations with a strong ‘Get it done’ attitude.
  • Build and support a diverse team that represents the diversity of our users.
