Responsibilities

  • Drive sales opportunities in collaboration with the sales team throughout the entire process by contributing strategies and tactical execution across prospecting, discovery, solution articulation and value confirmation, and closing motions
  • Accelerate revenue growth with our IDT and Pagero product line through partnerships with Sales, Resellers, and our Partners
  • Directs account plans and will contribute in different parts of the sales cycle from Prospecting, discovery and close
  • Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and challenges to present tailored solutions to grow their business while developing a strong business relationship based on value and mutual trust
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company with product development and product marketing to identify and develop customer success stories to demonstrate the value of our solutions in various markets
  • Build strong relationships with a partner ecosystem in the software industry
  • Bring insights in sales trends and market data to play a key role in the prioritization of futures solutions to meet market growth
