  • Educated to degree level with post graduate study to masters level or equivalent experience, with expert level improvement qualification such as IHI Development Programme, Improvement Advisor, Scottish Improvement Leader Qualification, Lean Green belt or above, QiiPs 1st for Leaders
  • In depth knowledge and demonstrable evidence of using improvement methodologies to drive sustainable change and improvement
  • Good working knowledge of national standards and guidelines

Responsibilities

  • - Deliver a range of support focused on the design, development and implementation of assurance processes within the organisation.
  • - Co-ordinate and support internal/external inspections.
  • - Deliver a robust process to provide oversight of clinical guidelines, policies and procedures including the support to implement of the Right Decision Service.
  • - Contribute to the delivery of the NHSAA Quality Strategy.
  • - Play a key role in the delivery and further development of governance arrangements within NHS Ayrshire and Arran that underpin the delivery of safe, person centred care.
