The main purpose of this role is to ensure the highest standards of quality, patient safety, and experience within the Primary Care and Community Division of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

The essential qualification is being educated to Masters Level or possessing equivalent experience. Additionally, a very good understanding of the Putting Things Right Regulations and extensive knowledge of managing PTR Redress cases and medico-legal issues are required.
