Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The post holder will be responsible for ensuring systems and processes are in place to support the management of Quality Patient Safety and Experience, promoting a culture of openness and honesty.
  • They will undertake delegated responsibilities and provide senior management support to staff at all levels in coordinating Quality Patient Safety which includes Organisational Learning, Quality Improvement (QI), Concerns/Complaints, and Patient Safety Incidents.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, along with visible, dynamic, and inspirational leadership to support the delivery of safe and high-quality standards of care.
