Responsibilities

  • The main emphasis of this role is to provide a comprehensive and courteous clerical and meet and greet service to patients and their families; along with the multidisciplinary team working within Child Health.
  • Duties will include checking in patients and booking follow up appointments.
  • answering and actioning patient queries either via telephone/email/in person, and maintaining patient case notes as required for clinics.
