You will be working predominantly with older, frail patients who require rehabilitation to support their discharge home or to an alternate location.
Will I be required to work on weekends?
Yes, you will be required to work approximately one Saturday in five, as our therapy service operates on Saturdays.
Who will I be working alongside in this position?
You will work alongside qualified Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, nurses, and GPs as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
What kind of rehabilitation will I be delivering?
You will deliver rehabilitation programmes, including physical exercise programmes, functional activity practice, and cognitive interventions under the direction of qualified therapy staff.
Will I have opportunities for professional development?
