Responsibilities

  • Garantir la réalisation d’activités opérationnelles de nature complexes (analyser, gérer et valider les dossiers complexes en étant un support technique pour les collaborateurs de l’équipe
  • Garantir le respect des règles établies en matière de qualité, sécurité et fiabilité du traitement réalisé ainsi que l’efficience des contrôles
  • Garantir un rôle de support fonctionnel auprès de son management au quotidien
  • Elaborer des reportings et fournir des analyses
  • Contribuer à l’animation de l’équipe en support de son management:
  • Coordonner l’activité (planning, affectation des tâches, dossiers, projets etc.)
  • Assurer le contrôle et le suivi des activités
  • Accompagner au quotidien l’équipe dans la réalisation de ses missions en assurant un rôle de conseil et en assurant un rôle d’appui dans la résolution des difficultés
  • Garantir le support technico-fonctionnel auprès des différents interlocuteurs de l’Entreprise et le cas échéant des clients
  • Garantir la continuité de l’activité en l’absence de son management
