Responsibilities

  • Develop in store marketing plans to powerfully deliver brand and product storytelling, remaining consistent with the overall creative direction and visual merchandising strategy.
  • Own the full lifecycle of in-store activations (briefing, creative planning, production and installation) maximising store real estate across windows, signage, lightboxes and digital screens.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, toolkits and VM guidelines that align and inspire cross-functional partners, leaders and retail teams ahead of each campaign launch.
  • Manage EMEA ISM calendar, working closely with the regional and global teams to ensure campaigns align across both regional channels and other regions.
  • Oversee the in-store signage programme, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Partner with Store Design to ensure that existing and new stores are equipped with the right fixtures and touchpoints to deliver flawless activations.
  • Spend time in stores to evaluate execution quality, troubleshoot challenges, gather on-the-ground insights, and apply learnings to future campaigns.
  • Highly aware of in store marketing trends within the retail space, regularly attending tradeshows and visiting key retail spaces.
