  • Deliver to the plan and input into decisions about how current datasets containing activity related to ADHD can be used to inform policy decisions
  • Advise on the future data strategy for ADHD services
  • Use Agile methodology to plan out work for the team in 2 week sprints, accounting for varying timescales and team resourcing/skills to ensure that deadlines are met and the team are implementing and developing their skills

This would involve highlighting gaps and improvements that could be made to data and regular reviewing wider datasets that could be linked to improve insights
