Responsibilities

  • - Providing organisational and administrative support to the Board and Executive Governance unit
  • - Assisting proactively in the administration for Board Committee meetings including minute taking
  • - Ensuring that effective support is provided to other team members when priorities change or at times of peak workload, to support seamless provision of excellent services to all stakeholders
  • - Supporting the Senior Company Secretaries in analysing and providing specialist advice on new business and legislative developments / projects in order to clearly identify any statutory, compliance, corporate governance prudential control risk implications for Santander companies
  • - Maintaining statutory documentation and preparing regulatory and governance documentation as required, for internal purposes and/or external disclosures
  • - Maintaining involvement with all aspects of the CGO work to ensure that effective support is provided to other team members when priorities change or to meet business demand
