Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain expertise in key project initiatives and be the point of contact for the broader team as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead the partner programs Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, drive partner engagement and product adoption by conducting research, building relationships, and executing impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and advocate for solutions that address those needs within the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS).
  • Drive extensive change management within Product Areas to launch multiple large scale enterprise-wide xWS efforts with an understanding of the impact of changes as the liaison to executive decision-makers on xWS policies.
  • Develop scalable materials codifying xWS program details, key xWS stakeholders and impact analysis to educate Business Partners, Product Areas and Bets stakeholders. Build infrastructure that allows us to operate at scale.
