  • Serve as a resource for clients with complex needs surrounding financial planning, investments, insurance, tax management, retirement analysis, estate planning, succession planning, etc
  • Develop recommendations and identify areas of opportunity to assist clients in achieving their financial goals
  • Execute the financial planning cycle by creating, editing and proofing financial plans
  • Execute and manage the discovery and delivery process with clients
  • Liaise between investment dealers, accountants, lawyers and insurance professionals
  • Oversee planning staff- coaching, mentoring, technical management
  • Ensure that planning process and documentation adheres to firm policies
