Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers to establish specific recruitment plans for open positions, consulting with them on the justification and cost of adding/replacing positions.
  • Manages complex recruitment activity, and approaches sourcing process creatively using innovative techniques.
  • Independently sources and screens/interviews internal and external applicants and advises hiring managers on hiring decisions.
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop offers by utilizing expertise in offer construction, delivery, and compensation package design.
  • Communicates and explains the terms of employment offer to candidates.
  • May require knowledge of union contracts/ongoing negotiations when discussing compensation.
  • Aggregates candidate data for the purposes of negotiating with applicants during offer process and assists hiring managers with specifics of offers.
  • Ensures integrity and compliance with policies and procedures through the entire talent acquisition process.
