Responsibilities

  • Own the consolidation process of the Americas sales outlook for weekly presentation to the CRO and Sales Finance senior leadership
  • Develop the framework for the consolidation of action/impact analysis for Sales VPs and CRO to raise the "help needed" to remove obstacles hindering sales performance
  • Serve as a team leader for the sales ops teams managing 'inside' functions, such as Renewals Specialists and BDRs, running weekly 1-1's to ensure coordinated execution of processes and systems improvements
  • Support the QBR process by delivering actionable sales analytics, insights, and a compelling business narrative in partnership with field leadership
  • Own the creation of models used centrally for quarterly forecasting & annual planning processes, such as out-quarter outlook, territory planning & quota modeling
  • Manage programmatic sales operations functions, including coordinating executive Deal Review cadence and operationalizing 13-week cadence material distribution to the field
  • Serve as the central point of contact with the sales compensation team, establishing new cadences to liaise between sales compensation and sales
  • Partner with Deal Desk and Finance during the quarter close process to ensure a predictable close process
  • Lead sales and operations teams through a CRM migration successfully
