Responsibilities

  • As a registered General Nurse working within the renal unit setting you will gain experience in all aspects of caring for a chronic renal patient and carrying out their renal replacement therapy.
  • The renal unit offers a commitment to lifelong learning and the candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development through the education programme developed by the renal practice development nurse.
  • You will have to be involved in research and development and maintaining best practice and need to be able to show evidence of personal development.
