What type of patients will I be caring for in this role?
You will be caring for a variety of patients with cardiac problems, including those with congenital heart conditions, heart failure, inherited cardiovascular disease, and infective endocarditis, as well as patients post-complex cardiac surgery and structural procedures such as TAVI and TEER.
What kind of training and development opportunities are available?

Is experience in cardiology nursing required for this position?
While experience in cardiology nursing is beneficial, the role is open to enthusiastic candidates willing to learn and gain experience in looking after a diverse range of specialist cardiology patients.
What support will I receive as a staff nurse?
You will receive support from the senior nursing team, who will assist you in maintaining your personal development and provide guidance in supervising and teaching junior members of staff.
