The post holder will support the formulation of a delivery programme for the transformation plans and ensure it is managed, monitored, and reported effectively.
Who will the post holder report to?
The post holder will provide regular reports to the GHC Transformation Board, Mental Health and Neurodiversity Programme Board, Autism Partnership Board, as required.
