  • Drive and manage the merchant partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development.
  • Work with creators and presenters to produce high quality eCommerce content driving revenue through detailed operations work.
  • Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
  • Be an expert in TikTok commerce operations, identify opportunities for service and content, carry responsibility for category performance.
  • Own internal projects to contribute to the industry ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).
  • Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
