What is the role of the Violence Prevention and Reduction Manager?
The Violence Prevention and Reduction Manager is responsible for driving a positive safety culture, supporting the implementation of the Health Board Violence Prevention & Reduction Strategy, developing and maintaining relevant policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert support to staff while working with internal and external partners to improve incident management.
