Responsibilities

  • Communicating regularly with patient's relatives and loved ones to provide updates as a point of liaison, facilitating the attendance of patients onto the ward, updating the Hive system, answering and responding to phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Also ordering of relevant paperwork and stationary.
  • To operate within clearly defined limits of policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines within the department and when necessary improve good working practice.
  • You will work alongside the Consultants, Doctors and nurses to ensure our patients receive the best care possible, we are looking for candidates who will bring a positive approach to our working environment.
  • You should demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service.
