  • Handle the management of voluntary corporate actions, including event analysis and instruction to the custodians, with strict respect of deadlines and internal procedures
  • Handle the management of SRD2 directive, including the disclosure of shareholders details and the notifications and participations to general meetings (Proxy service)
  • Manage any cash and securities pendings linked to the activity
  • Chase constantly the custodians to obtain satisfactory and timely handling of CA events
  • Keep good relationships with other departments, WM Business, custodians and Middle Offices
  • Be responsive to any solicitation made by the Business and escalate directly any issue to the management
